RETURNS POLICY

Since all our prints are made to order especially for you, we currently do not accept returns if you change your mind. This ensures minimal waste and allows us to offer the highest quality prints at an affordable price.
 
We take pride in the quality of your
packaging to minimize the chance of damage during transit. However, we understand that damage can occur during shipping, and we are committed to your satisfaction.


DAMAGED PRINTS

  • Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If your prints arrive damaged in transit, we are happy to offer a free replacement print or store credit.

  • Important: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must notify us of the damage immediately upon receiving your order (within 2 days). Delays in notification will affect your eligibility.

 
RETURN PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Please contact us at info@winstontanphotography.com with your order number, clear photos of the damage to the packaging and prints, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once we receive your request, confirm the damage via photos, and approve your return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • You must return the damaged print(s) to our print partner within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Prints must be returned in their original packaging (with labels and tickets attached) to ensure safe transit.

  • Returned prints must be in the same condition as received to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Prints that are damaged or altered from their original state will be returned to you and not be replaced.

 
WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Upon receiving your returned prints and verifying the damage, we will promptly process your chosen option:

    • Replacement: We will ship a replacement (new, undamaged) print to you free of charge.

    • Store Credit: We will issue store credit for the full value of the damaged print(s), redeemable on future purchase on our print store.

 
EXCHANGES

  • Please note that due to our prints being made to order especially for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We recommend inspecting your prints upon arrival and contacting us immediately if you notice any damage.

  • We cannot accept returns for damaged prints reported after 2 days of receipt or returned after 14 days.
