What print types do you offer?We offer two premium print types: Fine Art prints and Canvas prints. Our Fine Art prints are meticulously crafted on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 gsm, one of the world’s most popular fine art papers for high-quality inkjet printing. Made of 100% cotton, they are certified to museum-quality standards, ensuring your prints remain vibrant for generations. Our Canvas prints are crafted using premium artist-grade poly-cotton blend canvas (320 gsm), hand-stretched around a kiln-dried wooden frame, and arrive ready to hang. Do your prints come framed?We offer our prints unframed to give you the freedom to choose a frame that perfectly complements your style and décor. This allows you to personalise your wall art and create a cohesive look in your space. For the best possible protection and longevity of your print, we highly recommend using a professional framing service. They can provide UV-protective glass, which shields your artwork from harmful UV rays that can cause fading over time, and acid-free matting, which prevents the print from sticking to the glass. This extra investment will ensure your beautiful print continues to bring you joy for years to come.

How long does the shipping/delivery take?Shipping Times All our prints are meticulously made to order by our print partner based in Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping is currently available within New Zealand only (international shipping unavailable at this time). Upon receipt of your payment, we will endeavour to fulfill your order with promptness and care. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date directly via the courier company's website. Delivery Times We currently offer standard shipping within New Zealand only. Allow 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from dispatch for your print to be delivered. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location within New Zealand. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including rural or remote areas will take longer. Do you offer free order pickup (click and collect)?Yes! You can pick up your prints for free directly from our print partner in Auckland, New Zealand. Simply select the free pickup option at checkout, and detailed instructions will be provided.

Do you offer international shipping?Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for updates on when international shipping becomes available. In the meantime, you can purchase high-resolution digital files of our entire collection for one-time personal printing and have them printed locally.

How are your prints packaged?Your prints will be carefully packaged using high-quality, archival-safe materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Fine Art Prints A4 Fine Art prints are shipped flat with protective 3 mm MDF boards and cardboards in a shipping bag. Larger prints (A3-A0) are rolled with acid-free tissue paper and packed in a sturdy cardboard tube. Canvas Prints Canvas prints are securely shipped within a sturdy shipping box with protective 3mm MDF boards, cardboards, and bubble wrap.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?We take great care in packaging your prints, but if your print arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will happily offer a free replacement print or store credit. Please see our Returns Policy page for detailed information on eligibility, return process, and timelines.

Can I return my prints?Since all our prints are made to order especially for you, we currently do not accept returns if you change your mind. This ensures minimal waste and allows us to offer the highest quality prints at an affordable price. However, we do accept returns for prints damaged in transit. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

Can I exchange my print for another print?Unfortunately, due to our prints being made to order especially for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind.

Do you offer digital files of your photographs for personal use?Yes! We offer digital image files suitable for one-time personal printing, giving you the freedom to choose the size and paper type that best complements your space. This option is especially convenient for international customers who wish to print locally, as we currently do not offer international shipping. If you're interested in purchasing a personal license, please submit the form by clicking the button below.

Can I license your images for commercial use?Yes! We offer two types of commercial image licenses—Standard and Enhanced—tailored to suit the specific scale and requirements of your project. Both licenses are available for worldwide use. Below is a summary of their key features; for full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. Standard Image License Images may be used for digital and online purposes, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing if the total expected number of viewers is less than 500,000. Images may be used in printed materials, including marketing materials and product packaging, if the total number of print reproductions is less than 500,000. Enhanced Image License Includes all rights granted under the Standard License. Allows unlimited reproductions, removing the 500,000 viewer/copy restriction. Images may be used to create merchandise, templates, or other products for resale or distribution. Images may be used in offline media, such as TV or film. Pricing depends on the required size, scale of the project, and the intended use of the image, ensuring a tailored solution to meet your needs.
